FYI Microsoft Login Back Online
It appears that Microsoft has resolved their issues (although it may take a couple of times to login) and following our testing, users can now authenticate to FYI using their Microsoft logins.
If users were logged into FYI using their Xero login in the interim, they will need to:
Logout from FYI Login again from the URL: app.fyidocs.com Follow our help article to manually check in any documents (only where relevant): https://support.fyidocs.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045495412-Login-via-Xero-Practice-Manager
We will keep you posted of any further status updates if required.
Errors when trying to login to FYI
The Microsoft login service is offline which means users are getting errors when authenticating to the FYI web app using Office 365. This is affecting a wide range of Microsoft services across Australia and New Zealand.
Alternate login via Xero
To give you and your team access to FYI while Microsoft resolves the issue, users can log in using their Xero account using this url: https://app.fyidocs.com/xero-login
Please note: The login to FYI using the Xero login is not as fully featured as the Office 365 login, including the native editing of Office documents or the auto filing of emails.
