Hi,
We are aware of an authentication issue involving NowInfinity which is impacting users when documents from NowInfinity do not sync into FYI.
Our engineering team has identified that access tokens have expired and are not being refreshed by NowInfinity, which leads to an invalid authentication error in FYI for those affected.
A support ticket has been lodged with NowInfinity who are investigating the cause of the problem.
We will provide an update on this as soon as one becomes available.
