We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
The FYI service is back up and operational.
User should now be able to login and use all features.
However we are closely monitoring the performance.
FYI is currently suffering the issue that happened yesterday.
We are currently doing a complete reboot of the entire platform (which ultimately resolved the issue yesterday).
This is expected to take 5 minutes, we will provide a further update when this is complete.
