Email notifications not working

We’ve identified the cause of the email notification issue.

A background task became stuck, which prevented notifications from being sent. This has now been fixed.

Emails are being sent again, but due to limits on how many can be processed at a time, the backlog may take up to an hour to clear fully.

We appreciate your patience while we work through this.
