OneDrive outage
OneDrive Back Online
Microsoft have advised that their OneDrive services are now recovered.
Users should now be able to use the full FYI features including editing documents.
Background
Microsoft are reporting issues with their OneDrive service that is used by some FYI features and is the cause of the ticket you have reported.

Workaround
Until the issue is resolved by Microsoft, we recommend the following workarounds:
- To edit Office documents on the desktop pc without using OneDrive, users should switch to using FYI Desktop (if they are not already)
- To download and install the FYI Desktop app, follow the instructions from this link.
- To preview documents in FYI without using OneDrive, users should disable "Preview Office via OneDrive"
- To disable this setting, follow the instructions from this link
