Error for scheduled import of new documents from NowInfinity

NowInfinity have advised that an update to their API will be deployed next Wednesday night (02/03/2022) which should resolve the issue of their documents not being imported into FYI.

Affected practices should note:

  • Documents not imported during the outage will sync to FYI once this update is deployed.
  • Depending on how your NowInfinity automation is configured, you may need to consider the impact of having such a backlog imported.

The scheduled import of new documents from NowInfinity overnight failed with errors. We are currently investigating including reaching out to NowInfinity.
